Take your alfresco cooking skills to the next level with the Berlin Smokehouse! This compact smoker is 100cm tall and is designed for outdoor use. The unit features a large tray for woodchips which is beneath two shelves. The top features a hanging space - perfect for smoking sausages. The temperature can be regulated by means of vents on the front and back and there's a handy thermometer on the door. The base has been designed with stability in mind, meaning it can be used on a variety of outdoor surfaces.

Care Instructions

Clean using a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Black raw steel may have rust appear after some time—this is a natural process and can be maintained by sanding with a fine grade sandpaper and painting with a high-temperature paint if desired. Regular use during the season will help to prevent corrosion.
