Delivery is by 1-man courier service; we advise to allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
This is an all-day, weekday service. If you provide your mobile number/email address when placing the order you will receive tracking information from the courier firm.
If you are out when the driver attempts to deliver your furniture they will leave a card with simple options for re-delivery. If you wish you may also be able to collect from your local depot. Alternatively if there is a safe place to leave your item just let us know when ordering and we will add the request.
Delivery is to the door, if you require extra assistance why not upgrade to our enhanced 2-man service. Also, check out the options to upgrade to a Priority dispatch (next working day), a Pre-12 service or Saturday delivery for a small charge.
