Our Teams

Customer Services

If you enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, then our customer service team might be right for you. They take care of every step of the customer journey from taking orders and resolving delivery enquiries to assisting if things go wrong; doing what it takes to make sure every customer experience is a positive one.

Warehouse

Our warehouse team is used to working to deadlines. They're responsible for ensuring orders are picked and processed to a high degree of accuracy and ready for collection by our carriers at the designated time.

Logistics & Returns

Our logistics team keep a close eye on all our furniture as it moves from our manufacturers to our warehouses and then on to our customers. Our returns team ensure items that are returned have a smooth journey and that refunds are processed promptly and accurately. Spotting potential problems and avoiding them is a key skill of the team; a keen eye for detail is a must!

Web & Creative

Our web & creative team look after our website and sales channels ensuring product information and photography is fresh and accurate. They play a key role in managing the marketing activity for the business, from paid advertising to email campaigns, ensuring the Roseland brand is consistent across platforms and reflects our company values.

Finance

Our finance department ensure the smooth running of the business from a monetary perspective - from making payments to dealing with invoices and bookkeeping.
