How much does delivery cost?

We calculate delivery charges based on your order value. Delivery charge for orders under £200 is £12.99, whilst orders over £200 carry a £19.99 delivery charge. Sofas and Sofa Beds delivered by our Specialist Sofa Team incur a £29.99 delivery charge, and £19.99 for Armchairs. We charge £3.99 for small accessory deliveries.

Delivery is calculated at checkout once you have entered your delivery postcode. A delivery surcharge may apply to remote and offshore locations, including highlands and islands, which will be stated in checkout. You can find more information on surcharges here. Where do you deliver to?

Will I be given a delivery slot?

This depends on the carrier used to deliver your order. 

If your item states the delivery as "Specialist Sofa Team, 2 Person Delivery or 2 Person Delivery Room Of Choice" then yes, our courier will contact you to agree a date and time slot. 

If your delivery states "1 Person Delivery" it is being made by DPD or DX and you will receive a text or email to confirm your delivery window on the day of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

We understand that sometimes an item isn't quite right and that you may wish to exchange or return. You have 14 days from delivery to inspect the goods and decide if you wish to keep them. If you do decide you want to return either part or all of your order then please notify us by calling our Customer Service team on 01872 672111 or inform us by email at info@roselandfurniture.com.
