£3,000 Voucher Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Roseland Furniture.
2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. The competition closes at 23:59 (BST) on 31 July. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
4. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
5. The winner will receive a voucher worth £3,000 to spend at www.roselandfurniture.com
6. The voucher value will be deducted from the total value of a single order placed with Roseland Furniture.
7. The voucher must be redeemed in one transaction only. Any unused balance remaining after the order has been processed will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used on a future purchase.
8. If the total value of the order exceeds £3,000, the winner will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
9. The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
10. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry during the week commencing 3 August.
11. The winner must confirm receipt and acceptance of the prize by 23:59 (BST) on 9 August.
12. If the winner does not respond by the deadline specified in clause 11, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.
13. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
14. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
15. Personal information provided in connection with the competition will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy.
