Prize Draw

We're offering our mailing list subscribers the chance to win a prize from Roseland. This may be a voucher to spend with Roseland Furniture or a product from our range. To enter each draw, you need to subscribe to our mailing list and remain subscribed at the end of the draw. If you're already a subscriber you'll need to confirm your entry to any subsequent competitions we may run by entering your details in one of our promotional sign up forms.

This draw is subject to the following terms and conditions (which may change from time to time):

1. Eligibility requirements:
   This prize draw is open to all persons who:
1. are aged 18 or over;
2. are resident in the UK;
3. have subscribed to our newsletter during the competition period to via the promotional sign-up form and remain subscribed at 23:59 on the final day of the period OR are a current subscriber and enter the draw via a promotional signup form on-site and remain subscribed at 23:59 on the final day of the period
2. This prize draw is not open to any persons who are employees of Roseland Furniture or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this prize draw.
3. By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
4. The draw will take place within 14 days of the end of the competition. The winner will be selected at random and will be notified by email once the draw has taken place using the email address provided to sign up to the newsletter. If no response is received from the winner within 14 days of us sending the email, we reserve the right to allocate the prize to another winner who will be chosen at random.
5. Where the prize offered is a voucher:
1. the value will be clearly stated at the point of entering the draw and the voucher can only be used at roselandfurniture.com in a single transaction – no change will be given if the sale value is less than the value of the voucher. Payment will be required for the difference in cost if the transaction value is greater than the value of the voucher. A minimum spend may apply in order to redeem the voucher.
2. Delivery to UK addresses only, charges apply. A delivery surcharge may apply to certain Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, or other remote areas.
3. The voucher must be used within 12 months from the date of issue
4. The voucher may only be used by the winner for orders placed using the same email address used to enter the draw. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where we believe the voucher to have been transferred to a third party or which we consider to be fraudulent in any way.
6. Where the prize offered is a product from our range:
1. We will contact you to advise of the process for ordering and receiving the prize
2. We will arrange delivery of the prize to a UK address of your choice (delivery charges apply, see our delivery page for more details) – a delivery surcharge may apply to certain Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, or other remote areas
3. We reserve the right to offer an alternate product should the advertised prize be unavailable. Where this happens, the choice of product will be at our discretion and will be of equal or greater value to the advertised prize
7. No cash alternative is available. Should the winner not wish to accept the prize, a further draw will take place and a new winner selected.
8. Acceptance of the prize will give Roseland Furniture the right to use the winner’s name and photograph immediately after the draw and at any point in the future online or in other marketing or promotional materials.
9. Winners must write a review of the item, including a photo of the item in their home or garden, within 28 days of receiving their prize. Failure to do so may result in a request for the prize to be returned or an invoice issued for the retail cost of the item. 
10. We reserve the right to cancel future prize draws at our discretion.
11. We accept no responsibility for failed entries for any reason (including computer, internet or software failures or for the acts or omissions of any service provider).
12. Data protection notice: personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
13. We do not sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies for marketing purposes.

• 3. COMMENT on the post with what you’d spend your voucher on.
• 4. TAG a friend. Tags in separate comments will be treated as multiple entries.

2. One winner will be selected at random on 17/10/24.
3. The winner will be contacted via Instagram. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
4. The winner will be provided with a discount code to deduct £200 from their next order at roselandfurniture.com. A minimum spend of £300 applies.
5. The winner must share images of their prize on Instagram, tagging @roselandfurniture and write a review on roselandfurniture.com
6. The voucher can only be used at roselandfurniture.com in a single transaction.
