Perfect Proportions for Relaxed Living

The Edison Velvet Snuggler Chair strikes the ideal balance between generous comfort and space-conscious design.

This wider armchair format provides ample room for truly indulgent relaxation—whether settling in with a good book, enjoying lazy Sunday mornings, or sharing cosy moments—without dominating smaller living spaces.

Built on the robust birch and OSB framework that defines the Edison collection, the plush velvet upholstery and foam cushioning create an inviting retreat that beckons you to unwind.

Six Sumptuous Velvet Colourways

Choose from carefully selected velvet finishes that each bring distinct atmosphere to your retreat.

Deep mallard and marine blues create tranquil, oceanic sanctuaries perfect for coastal or serene interiors, whilst versatile mole and asphalt provide sophisticated neutral foundations that harmonise with evolving colour schemes.

Bold black delivers dramatic contemporary impact in modern minimalist spaces, and soft blush pink introduces gentle warmth ideal for romantic or Scandinavian-inspired rooms where comfort meets style.

Mid-Century Design with Customisable Details

The signature button-tufted back cushions and distinctive curved flared arms maintain authentic 1950s design heritage whilst providing excellent support for extended lounging. Two matching scatter cushions complete the coordinated look whilst adding extra comfort flexibility.

The tapered wooden legs—available in both light and dark finishes—create visual lightness and easy cleaning access. Light wood beautifully enhances Scandinavian and coastal aesthetics, whilst dark wood adds rich sophistication to industrial or traditional settings.

Ready to Enjoy

We believe in less building, more living, which is why the Edison Velvet Snuggler is fully assembled for you by our sofa specialist team. Simply position this beautifully proportioned chair in your favourite corner and immediately start enjoying the perfect blend of mid-century style and contemporary comfort.

Armchair Care

Your armchair cushion bears the brunt of day-to-day use, you make your bed daily and your armchair needs the same attention. In order to keep them looking and feeling at their best, we recommend the following:

Cushions tend to flatten over time, this is a normal part of wear and tear. By plumping your armchair cushions regularly, you can extend their life and keep them looking fuller for longer. Foam cushions require plumping at least once a week. Fibre cushions require more frequent attention to keep them looking their best, we recommend daily.
Vacuum regularly to remove dust using a brush attachment. Clean the fabric with a damp cloth if necessary. Do not over-wet the fabric and allow it to dry fully before use. Do not use strong liquid cleaners. Test any cleaning products on an inconspicuous area first. We recommend professional cleaning of all cushion covers.
