A Classic Chair to Curl Up In

The Ripon Armchair brings a cosy, traditional seat to a living room, bedroom or reading corner. Its deep seat and high back make it the chair you sink into on a slow Sunday morning with the papers.

At 91cm wide, it slots in beside a sofa or by a window without taking over the room.

Pick Your Ripon Colour

Pleated rolled arms and turned solid wood feet give the chair its classic, country-house character, and clean lines keep it at home in Scandinavian-inspired schemes too.

Mustard is a rich golden ochre that adds a warm pop of colour against grey, navy or white walls. Winter Moss is a deep, muted forest green, lovely with oak, terracotta and brass.

Taupe is a warm mushroom brown with a soft grey undertone that blends with cream and dark wood. Ash is a light grey with a fine woven fleck, a calm choice beside pale oak, linen and sage.

Supportive From Seat to Back

The seat and back cushions are filled with fibre-wrapped foam, delivering supportive comfort that keeps its shape. The high back cradles your shoulders, while the deep seat lets you stretch out or curl up with room to spare.

Durable 100% polyester woven upholstery has a fine, textured weave that maintains its appearance through everyday use, over a strong timber frame.

Set it beside a lamp table with a reading light for a corner of your own. Browse more armchairs, or explore our sofas and chairs.
