Installation Assembly Service - This is an optional extra - select "Install Included" before adding to basket. This includes removal of packaging and the assembly of the product. The packaging will be taken away and the set will be demonstrated (where applicable) photos will then be taken, a paper copy POD will be signed and filed. The crew reserve the right to refuse to build a product if they deem the site unsafe or a hazard to themselves or the product.

How do I clean my cushions?
Any spill on your outdoor fabric can be cleaned immediately with soapy water, most spills will simply wipe off with just a cloth or tissue as the fabric is made to be highly resistant. This outdoor fabric range is made to be left outside all year round, you may find it after the winter months your set has become dirty and slightly mouldy from the changes in weather. You can simply clean your whole set using a high-pressure washer and then use Maze cleaning kit to bring your set back to life!
I cant get this stubborn stain out, what do I do?
For a tough stain clean immediately with a mixture of:
-150ml of bleach
-40ml of mild soap
-2 litres of water
- Drying:
Allow the sofa/chair to air dry after cleaning or after rainfall. There is no set drying time, as this depends on various factors such as weather conditions, humidity, and exposure to sunlight.
- How to clean your aluminium frames -
During the winter months you will find your aluminium frames will collect dust and dirt if exposed outside or kept in storage. These frames can easily be cleaned with warm soapy water and a sponge, the frames will dry within an hour.

“2 Person Room of Choice” are placed in the customers room of choice, assembled and packaging removed. All other delivery types are to the threshold of the premises.
“2 Man Delivery” is a booked service. Please ensure mobile numbers are provided in checkout. Due to health and safety restrictions, there may be limitations on “room of choice” with a two-person team. Please discuss your request during your booking-in call.
“Made to Order” – these items are bespoke and cancellations may be subject to charges.
Delivery charges post order despatch are non-refundable as per our terms and conditions.
